• Issues per year: 2​

  • Spring Issue 2026: window opens January 17 and closes March 31. Spring issue 2024. Published in May. 

  • Fall issue 2026: submission window opens in September and closes in October. Published in November. 

  • Chosen papers will be notified by email within a month after the close of the submission window

• Submission requirements:

  • One submission per issue

  • Cannot resubmit the same paper if not chosen, but we may re-evaluate papers (we will notify you on this rare occurrence)

  • 5-12 pages (Not including title page, reference list, images/graphs, etc.)

  • Double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, 1" margins

  • Submit a link to a PDF or document

  • Include a title page (paper title, name, date, school)

  • We will accept any formatting style of paper. However, if your paper is chosen, it must be resubmitted with Chicago Manual of Style formatting throughout and the CMS author date for citations

 

• Publication Logistics​

  • Edited research papers will be compiled into a final journal, which will be published on our website and sent out in our newsletter.

  • We will print our journal if needed (based on subscriber interest)

  • We will only be making grammatical edits
